Architectural acoustics is a study of acoustic problems related to buildings for the purpose of providing a pleasant sound environment to the users of buildings.
In other words, it is to create a desired acoustic state by harmoniously combining structures or materials used in buildings. For example, sound absorption, reflection, and
transmission characteristics of each building material are reviewed, and a sound environment suitable for the purpose of constructing a building using suitable materials is
provided according to the reviewed results.
